Upscale shops directly behind The Vessel. Nice place to hang out in cold or wet weather. You can purchase tickets to climb up The Vessel and take in some City and River Views.

Hudson Yards is such an easy place to spend a few hours.. it has pretty much all the shops you’d need in one spot, plus lots of food options and space to wander around. I went during Christmas and it honestly felt magical… like a million tiny lights everywhere. The whole area looked so festive and cozy, even with lots of people around. I didn’t go up this time, but next time I really want to check out The Edge!

Hudson Yards is one of those places that feels more like an experience than just a mall. The design is sleek, modern, and very polished. You’ve got a mix of high-end designer stores along with more accessible options, so it works whether you’re shopping or just walking through. What really makes this area stand out is everything around it, restaurants, dessert spots, the Edge observatory, the Vessel right across the street, and the start (or end) of the High Line all in one place. Pro tip: start at Hudson Yards, grab a coffee or quick bite, then walk the High Line downtown, it’s one of the best ways to experience this part of the city. With so much packed into one area, this is easily a must-stop when you’re in NYC.

Absolutely beautiful! Enjoyed hanging out on a Sunday afternoon during my visit. Must see attraction! You can take pics, grab ice cream, do a little shopping, or just enjoy the vibes.

Hudson yard is a beautiful spot right off the highline walkway. Absolutely beautiful. There is so much there to explore. We went to check out the Edge and it was amazing. Definitely recommend. We can't wait to go back and explore more.

Hudson Yards is one of New York City’s most impressive modern landmarks! It’s a perfect blend of architecture, art, shopping, and great food — all with amazing views of the Hudson River. The highlight is definitely The Vessel, a stunning honeycomb-like structure that’s perfect for photos and offers beautiful city views. Even if you don’t climb it, it’s worth seeing up close. The High Line entrance is nearby too, so you can enjoy a scenic walk afterward. Inside, the Shops at Hudson Yards offer everything from luxury brands to cozy cafés, and there are plenty of restaurants with both quick bites and fine dining. It’s also a great place to relax or watch the sunset from the outdoor areas. Whether you’re visiting with students, friends, or family, Hudson Yards is a must-see spot in New York — modern, vibrant, and full of energy!

It’s clean and well-designed, though a bit pricey and feels more commercial than classic NYC. you can check out of the area take photos outside by the vessel visited edge around the holidays it is specially worth stopping by because the Christmas decorations and lights outside look very ascending on firstive that being said in my opinion Hudson yard is not a big deal social media makes it look away more impressive than it feels in the real life it is beautiful clean and modern this is fun and interesting to do once although is I still think one more Observatory is a better overall experience

Beautiful mall. I went for the Fleura and stayed to browse a bit. I definitely have to go back. Very large and clean. The bathroom I went to was well maintained. The staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I stopped at Magnolia Bakery to try their famous banana pudding and was not disappointed.

Hudson Yards is one of my favorite spots in New York City, consistently beautiful, welcoming, and surprisingly easy to enjoy at any time of day. Whether you’re visiting the city or you live here, the Shops at Hudson Yards are a must-see. They balance luxury and accessibility in a way most indoor shopping centers don’t. You’ll find everything from Dior and Louis Vuitton to Zara and H&M, plus great cafés, bakeries, and places to sit and unwind. The design itself is stunning, especially during the holidays. The lights, the scale, the views from each level, it always feels like a curated experience, not just a mall. It’s also a perfect indoor activity for cold or rainy days, and a great place to grab coffee in the morning when the stores are just opening. A quick tip: if the first-floor restrooms are busy, take the escalator up. There are plenty of clean, quiet restrooms on the upper levels with little to no waiting. Outside, you can walk over to the Vessel, the backyard plaza, and the waterfront. On clear days you can even catch helicopters passing over the river, all of it feels cinematic. Hudson Yards is also conveniently located near Times Square and Midtown West, so it’s easy to fit into any itinerary. Whether you’re shopping, meeting friends, grabbing a bite, or exploring, it’s a place I always recommend.
